Tickling toes:
Little E was a little sleepy:
Look at these cuties:
So glad you decided to use your gift certificate now, while the babes are still tiny! I love these shots :)
Last Friday I spent an hour or so with these three 2 year olds, one 3 year old, two 4 year olds and a 5 year old. These cousins had come together from all around the country for the first time ever, and I got to be there to memorialize it.
We got some great individual shots of all the kids as they ran like crazy around the back yard:
But the moment of brilliance came when the parents brought out a sprinkler. What else do you do on an 80 degree August morning with seven kids who want to run around? Let them! You know what they say. Just add water.
Because even two year olds love a sprinkler:
And five year olds too.
I'll send you an email when they're all ready - very soon!
9 month old twins A and S were baptized on the Cape last weekend, and I visited the next day to get some photos of them with their cousins at their grandparents' house. Their older brother C is my daughter Annie's age - and I've been taking his picture since he was tiny. Thanks to his grandma for the first photoshoot gift certificate years ago!
And their cousins, J and C (top and right) are nearly 9 year old twins, and their little brother W, who's nearly five:
And the third family of cousins (children clockwise from top R) six year old N, 6 month old R, nine year old H and three year old T:
And Grandma and Grandpa with their baby, Gus:
And we got the whole crew together for Grandma and Grandpa - yay!
And after we'd finished up all those family shots, we got to have some fun with the kids. Here's three year old T again:
I love the echo of their posture in this one - older cousin W and younger cousin C:
And last but not least, the baptismal boys. Great celebration, guys! All the rest of your photos will be ready ASAP.
J and J are seven, and their little brother and sister A and A are four. My daughter's been going to their family's home daycare for a year now, and she's headed to preschool - we're so sad to be losing daily contact with these guys! Here's the gorgeous family:
My daughter loves these guys so much:
I love the angle on this one, and J in the front slipping out of the frame...
Giving me their best roars:
And they're outta here!
Thanks for a fun shoot, guys :)
See, I wouldn't have thought of this aspect of adoption - but it makes so much sense...
This sweet family had fun family photos all over their house showing their older three children, but when they adopted T, they realized they needed to update the picture frames with their new family. I'm so glad they did, because it meant I got to spend some time with them.
We had a great time snapping shots around their gorgeous yard:
I should introduce the eldest, the handsome 16 year old G, for whom, (and this doesn't make me feel old or anything) I used to babysit when I was a teenager:
And another handsome guy, A, who is almost 14:
A mother-daughter shot with the beautiful M, who's 11 years old:
And the third handsome guy - 7 year old T - the newest addition to the family:
It was fun seeing you guys a few weeks ago... all your photos will be ready ASAP!
