So one of my fabulous wonderful clients from years ago has been referring me like crazy to all her friends and family - and the best part is that everybody she refers is just so sweet and fun. Case in point: her brother (top right) and his family. I love these guys; I met them a couple of years ago when their older boy, B, was just about one, and this morning I got to come back and meet their new 3 month old little guy, J.
B is the sweetest big brother - can you believe this?

And these guys were the subject of one of my all time favorite shots:
I spent the early part of the morning with these two cuties today - they were fantastic. Super sweet smiles and lots of different kinds of pictures, I can't wait to work on the rest of the photos. (Note to mom & dad: I should have all the photos ready for you by Wednesday. Can't wait to show you!)
And this guy had a super cool custom Fenway/Boston mural on his bedroom wall that a friend had painted ... really neat. What's the best part of this picture? The tootsies, no question.
And gorgeous A, with the twinkley eyes. Nothing beats the smile.

I've been taking pictures of T since he was just a little guy, and it's so fun to see him playing with M now! Just after she was born we did a shoot, and T was so amazing with her... just such a gentle, sweet brother, I loved it. I'll post one from that shoot below. And then before that we'd done one last xmas when mom was pregnant with M, and we had lots of fun playing outside. Going back and seeing how families grow and change is one of the best best best parts of doing what I do.
When M was just 5 weeks old, and T was 3, earlier this year, I got to come meet her for her first photoshoot. I can't say it enough - I love love taking pictures of big siblings with their new baby brothers and sisters. Their interactions are just so amazing. T was so gentle and sweet with his new sister.
And this is from last xmas, back in 2006, when M was still in her mom's belly, we played outside a bit. I always have such fun with these guys.
And can't forget T, back in the day at the Janie & Jack store photoshoot in Spring '05 in my silver washtub with that yellow rubber duck. His little curls behind his ear and those lashes... you can see how much M already looks like him - I love it!

Little P was a total dream. I mean, how could he not be? Look at those eyes. We started out inside by the xmas tree...
We went outside with this great sled that P's mom and dad found at a garage sale. So retro - and he had a blast zipping around the back yard in it. He's got this great expression he makes for the camera, it cracked me up.
Here's P earlier this year - totally perfect, cuddled in mom's arms, when he was only 8 weeks old.
My two year old has been the same way this season - a little apprehensive about the snow. But what fun to capture that feeling... next winter they'll be crazily making snow angels. I've been taking pictures of N since she was just a few weeks old, and I always have such fun seeing how she's grown.

And when N was just 4 weeks old, back in 2005 - this is one of my all time favorites - here's N at her first photoshoot. I love the way they're looking at each other.
These guys were such good sports - we zipped outside in the snow for a couple of shots, and they decided to brave the cold, but a good hug kept them warm. I love how long E's hair has gotten since last year!
I swear, E looks just like a Gap model in this getup, doesn't she? I love it.
And then last year, here's E watching her mom waving from outside the window :)
And when E was just a little munchkin, we met back at the Janie & Jack photoshoots I used to do at the Natick Mall. Wasn't she gorgeous, even then?
