The boys in the flowers

One year old twin guys A and S will, I'm certain, be horrified by this photo when they're older. But you know what? That's OK. Because really, who are these photos for? They're not for the boys when they grow up! They're for us, now. And I'll tell you all the things I love about this. A's tight sweet curls in back. S's pucker. The daisies in crisp focus over on the side of the shot. The light framing the boys. The bokeh (photo term - just means out of focus background, spotty light like this). It really couldn't be more perfect. What sweet, sweet boys.


And they investigated the flowers fully after their smooch, too:


Here they are inside with their big brother C, who I've been taking pictures of since he was just a few months old:


I really don't believe how big he is.


S hid in the grass. But I found him ;)

And never forget Stanley! He's been a fixture in the photos all these years. What a handsome guy.

...reminds me of this shot. Both guys are bigger now, but that same echo of form happens here...
