Amazing eyes on these girls

Ooh, I love childcare and the slow January season! I took these photos earlier today, and thanks to my mother-in-law's preschool pickup, was able to focus the rest of the day on them. I love being able to turn things around so quickly at this time of year!

So I know this one is a non-traditional family shot, but I just love it.

Another beautiful belly

I got to meet the lovely V and her husband last week in their fantastic apartment overlooking the Charles River. The huge windows made for really fun photographs:


At the time of these photos, V was due in three weeks - I love this of Dad feeling the baby:


This is one of my absolute faves. I love that you get a sense of place with the city behind them, and at first you almost don't notice V's sweet belly popping out in the middle.


I can't wait to meet your sweet girl when she arrives. Thanks so much for having me!

Number three, on the way

I love it when families I've known for a while let me come back and experience a pregnancy through pictures. I started taking pictures of big five year old A when she was just a year old, and got to do teenie baby pictures of two 1/2 year old R when she was just a little one... and now I got to get excited with the family as they await #3:

2009, here I come!

What an incredible year it's been! Here's another beautiful girl I've known since she was just a few weeks old. I've loved being there as little N has grown. Here she is now, in all her three year old glory:

Many years, big girls

I've been taking pictures of these girls every year since I started my business back in 2003, and they've gotten so big!


It's sweet, because they know I'm coming, and remember having done this year after year, so the three of us just wander the house inside and out, and their parents like to keep the pictures as a surprise, so it's up to us to play and take fun pictures. I love this one out in the snow:


And ever since the beginning, the girls have always included their beloved stuffed animals, so we had to get them in a few shots, of course:


And this was their favorite trick of this year's photos - the carry. I have to say it again - I can't believe how big they've gotten!

We had snow, and cuteness - all at once

Gorgeous girl B is only ten months old, but she's very sweet to her pup:

A big brother and sister welcome their new twin brother and sister

Three years of grins

I love going back and seeing families I've known since their babies were tiny - it's so much fun for me. I met big brother W and big sister A three years ago when they were just a few weeks old, and now they have a sweet sister L:
