A big brother and sister welcome their new twin brother and sister
4 year old big brother H likes to be the one to hold his new six week old sister and brother. Two year old sister P's job was "patter", though, and she did a fabulous job:

Happy 1st Birthday, Boys!

And a set of twins makes FOUR gorgeous girls
I've known these big girls since they were just little girls, and now I got to meet their new six week old sisters - what a gorgeous foursome!
Their parents said the best part of having two is that there's no fighting over a new addition - each of the girls always gets to hold one :)
I love this one. Forty toes!
I'd love this one cropped in square for a holiday card, don't you think?
And we had to get a few of just the little guys:
Looks like they're sharing a secret, doesn't it?
And then the big girls brought me outside to play for a bit, too. So wonderful to see you guys - thanks for having me!

Three cousins turn one
A couple of weeks ago, three cousins, all with birthdays a few weeks from each other, turned one. I've said it before, but I find that birthday parties are best photographed in color. So although I usually love b&w best... here are some color party shots. The families enjoyed some delicious food:
And they were lucky enough to kick off their 2nd year of life with some of the most gorgeous cupcakes I've ever seen! (And I just found out their mom is a pro - here's a link to her cupcake company.)

Baptism and fun on the Cape
9 month old twins A and S were baptized on the Cape last weekend, and I visited the next day to get some photos of them with their cousins at their grandparents' house. Their older brother C is my daughter Annie's age - and I've been taking his picture since he was tiny. Thanks to his grandma for the first photoshoot gift certificate years ago!
And their cousins, J and C (top and right) are nearly 9 year old twins, and their little brother W, who's nearly five:

And Grandma and Grandpa with their baby, Gus:
And we got the whole crew together for Grandma and Grandpa - yay!

Two sets of amazing twins
J and J are seven, and their little brother and sister A and A are four. My daughter's been going to their family's home daycare for a year now, and she's headed to preschool - we're so sad to be losing daily contact with these guys! Here's the gorgeous family:

Two times the Father's Day fun
I'm in a Father's Day mood because I've spent much of the past few days designing Father's Day photobooks - so I'm sorry if this is a bit early... but isn't this the best daddy moment? The girls thought their dad was just too hilarious.
I met these girls when they were teenie little 8 week old cuties last fall, and now they're gorgeous nine month old ladies. I've said it before, and I'll say it again - I love 9-10 months old photoshoots, and this one had fun times two.
I should introduce you. First of all, this is B, and she's got eyelashes to beat the band.
And here's S, also sporting some killer eyelashes.
Their dynamic together is fantastic. Doesn't it look like they're sharing a great secret here?

Even the battles were adorable.

Three grins and a trip to the park
What a difference three months makes! I met these guys in February, when the twins were only 3 months old, (see just a few of those pictures here) and now, at six months, they're so big! Big sister A continues to be super cooperative, and I'm just so sad they're moving in a few weeks! I hope you can come back and visit.

And I think this one just backs up my idea that not everyone has to be looking at the camera to make a fantastic family photo. We got other ones with everyone looking at me, but for some reason I just love this one. Maybe it's just me... but I just love Mom looking down at the kids in this one. It's very Mother's Day-ish :)
Flying high... You know me and the flying high pictures... I love 'em.
And one more...
Oops, one more again. Here's two flying together... they've got their own personalities that are so obvious already. Really fun to see how much they've changed since February. So many fun ones on the swings, but I have to stop blogging and start working... All the pictures will be ready for you this week, guys!
